How accurate is your decision. I usually consider that hourly details and that kind of personal detail is not needed. Basically work out how much ahead you are and how much (if any) you’ve withdrawn. Of course, if you are beaten, note that too, no matter how much it hurts.

Don’t overlook to write down what type of poker you’re betting on, if that’s important to you. (In my expertise, most folks stick to what they understand and do not try something they do not know. If all you write down is winnings, down and withdrawals, you are way ahead of most gamblers out there!)

Bestow on yourself actual ambitions, such as a ‘dream’ target (new vehicle, get-a-way or whatever). When you take out, add the money withdrawn to your dream tally. The greater the success you have, the closer that goal will be!
